Walmart.com associates struggled using several internal tools to perform daily tasks, such as item set up, page building, marketplace vendor management, and analytics. Under the concept of a “single pane of glass”, we were able to unite the disparate tools under one system, allowing associates to be more efficient and decreased the time needed to complete tasks.
